Welcome to Pulses. Our mission is to build a trusted, respectful, authentic, and welcoming community where people can share ideas, create meaningful conversations, discover diverse perspectives, and safely express themselves. Every member contributes to the quality, integrity, and safety of the platform.

These Community Guidelines apply to all activity across Pulses, including posts, comments, replies, profiles, usernames, display names, biographies, media, links, hashtags, AI-generated content, private interactions where applicable, communities, events, live features, developer integrations, API usage, and any current or future functionality provided by the platform.

By accessing or using Pulses, you agree to comply with these Community Guidelines, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. These guidelines are designed to protect users, encourage healthy participation, preserve platform integrity, and ensure Pulses remains a safe environment for everyone.

No policy can anticipate every possible situation. We may take action against content or behavior that undermines user safety, platform security, trust, authenticity, or the intended purpose of Pulses, whether or not the specific conduct is explicitly described below.

1. Respect, Civility, and Inclusivity

Respect every member of the community. Constructive disagreement, debate, criticism, and discussion are encouraged when conducted respectfully. Personal attacks, intimidation, discrimination, or abusive behavior have no place on Pulses.

• Treat all users with dignity, courtesy, professionalism, and mutual respect.
• Do not harass, bully, threaten, stalk, intimidate, shame, blackmail, extort, or deliberately target individuals or groups.
• Do not encourage, coordinate, organize, or participate in targeted harassment campaigns, brigading, dogpiling, or abuse against individuals or communities.
• Hate speech, slurs, dehumanization, or content promoting hatred, discrimination, exclusion, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic is prohibited.
• Respect personal boundaries. Repeated unwanted interaction, unsolicited contact after being asked to stop, or persistent disruptive behavior may constitute harassment.
• Do not publish, expose, threaten to expose, or encourage the sharing of another person's private or confidential information without explicit authorization, including addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, financial information, identification documents, passwords, authentication codes, medical information, workplace information, or any other sensitive personal data.
• Misrepresenting your identity in a deceptive manner is prohibited. Impersonating individuals, organizations, government entities, emergency services, brands, creators, moderators, employees, or members of the Pulses team to deceive others is not permitted.
• Satire, parody, roleplay, and fan content are generally permitted provided they are unlikely to mislead reasonable users regarding the identity of the account or authenticity of the content.

2. Safe, Lawful, and Appropriate Content

Content shared on Pulses should contribute positively to the community and must not create unnecessary risk, facilitate harm, or violate applicable laws.

• Do not post sexually explicit, pornographic, exploitative, or non-consensual intimate content.
• Do not upload or distribute intimate images of another person without their explicit consent, including manipulated or AI-generated intimate imagery.
• Avoid posting excessively graphic violence, gore, mutilation, or disturbing imagery unless there is a legitimate educational, documentary, scientific, journalistic, or public-interest purpose.
• Do not glorify, celebrate, recruit for, support, facilitate, or encourage terrorism, organized crime, violent extremism, human trafficking, or other criminal organizations.
• Do not promote, facilitate, or provide instructions primarily intended to commit illegal activities or evade law enforcement.
• Content encouraging suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, dangerous challenges, or activities likely to cause serious physical injury is prohibited.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, or any content involving the abuse or exploitation of children is strictly prohibited. Such content may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.
• Respect intellectual property rights. Upload or distribute only content you own, have permission to use, are licensed to distribute, or are otherwise legally authorized to share.
• Do not knowingly publish defamatory content, forged documents, fraudulent evidence, or fabricated material intended to cause harm to individuals or organizations.

3. Authenticity, Trust, and Platform Integrity

Authentic participation builds trust. Users must not manipulate the platform, deceive others, artificially influence engagement, or interfere with the normal operation of Pulses.

• Spam, repetitive posting, unsolicited advertising, deceptive promotions, excessive self-promotion, phishing, scams, and pyramid schemes are prohibited.
• Do not create fake engagement through coordinated manipulation, engagement exchanges, artificial amplification, click farms, automated interactions, fake followers, fraudulent reactions, or misleading behavioral patterns.
• Do not intentionally spread false information, manipulated media, fabricated claims, or misleading content that is likely to cause significant harm, public confusion, financial loss, or safety risks.
• Fraud, impersonation for financial gain, investment scams, cryptocurrency scams, fake giveaways, fake support accounts, fraudulent fundraising, romance scams, and identity theft are prohibited.
• Do not create multiple accounts to evade enforcement, manipulate engagement, bypass restrictions, or deceive other users.
• Unauthorized automation, bots, scraping, crawling, large-scale data harvesting, or API abuse that violates our Terms of Service or negatively impacts platform performance is prohibited.
• Do not interfere with ranking systems, recommendation algorithms, moderation systems, abuse detection systems, security controls, or platform infrastructure through deceptive or malicious techniques.
• Do not knowingly submit malicious, fraudulent, or abusive reports to target other users or interfere with moderation processes.
• Do not manipulate verification processes, identity systems, trust signals, badges, or account reputation mechanisms.

4. Security, Privacy, and Responsible Use

The security of our users and infrastructure is a core priority. Activities that compromise privacy, security, or platform reliability are strictly prohibited.

• Never attempt unauthorized access to accounts, services, systems, databases, APIs, internal tools, source code, infrastructure, or data belonging to Pulses or other users.
• Do not exploit, attempt to exploit, disclose publicly without authorization, or weaponize software vulnerabilities for malicious purposes.
• Responsible security research and coordinated vulnerability disclosure are encouraged. Researchers should report vulnerabilities responsibly before public disclosure.
• Malware, ransomware, spyware, trojans, worms, keyloggers, malicious scripts, credential stealers, cryptominers, botnets, or software intended to compromise devices, accounts, or infrastructure are strictly prohibited.
• Do not distribute malicious links, exploit kits, phishing pages, credential harvesting tools, or deceptive downloads.
• Do not bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, access controls, moderation systems, or technical safeguards protecting the platform.
• Do not interfere with platform availability through denial-of-service attacks, resource abuse, infrastructure disruption, or any activity intended to degrade service quality or user experience.
• Never collect, purchase, sell, trade, publish, or misuse another person's personal information without explicit authorization or a valid legal basis.
• Buying, selling, renting, transferring, sharing, hijacking, or attempting to compromise Pulses accounts is prohibited.

5. AI-Generated Content

Artificial intelligence can enhance creativity, productivity, and learning when used responsibly. Users remain fully responsible for any content created, modified, or published using AI tools.

• AI-generated content must comply with all Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and applicable laws.
• Do not use AI to impersonate individuals, organizations, public figures, government agencies, emergency services, or the Pulses team in a deceptive or misleading manner.
• Do not create or distribute deceptive deepfakes, synthetic media, or manipulated content intended to mislead users regarding real-world events, identities, evidence, or official communications.
• AI may not be used to facilitate fraud, phishing, scams, identity theft, financial deception, harassment, discrimination, abuse, or illegal activities.
• Where AI-generated media could reasonably be mistaken for authentic real-world content, users should clearly disclose that the content has been generated or materially altered using artificial intelligence.
• Publishing AI-generated medical, financial, legal, or safety advice as authoritative professional guidance without appropriate qualifications or disclosures may result in enforcement action.
• AI-generated content that intentionally spreads misinformation, fabricated evidence, manipulated journalism, forged documents, or deceptive public-interest information is prohibited.
• Users remain solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publication and ensuring its accuracy, legality, and compliance with these guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Respect the intellectual property rights of creators, organizations, and other users.

• Do not upload or distribute copyrighted material without permission unless your use is otherwise legally authorized.
• Respect trademarks, trade dress, patents, publicity rights, database rights, and other applicable intellectual property protections.
• Do not remove copyright notices, ownership information, digital watermarks, attribution, or licensing information from content you do not own.
• Repeated intellectual property violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, or permanent suspension.

7. Commercial Activity and Advertising

Commercial activity is permitted only when conducted honestly, transparently, and in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

• Promotional content must accurately represent products, services, pricing, affiliations, sponsorships, and endorsements.
• Do not operate fraudulent businesses, fake storefronts, counterfeit marketplaces, or deceptive promotional campaigns.
• Affiliate marketing, sponsored content, and advertisements should be clearly disclosed where legally required.
• Mass unsolicited advertising, repetitive promotional posting, and spam campaigns are prohibited.

8. Reporting, Moderation, and Enforcement

We enforce these guidelines to protect the safety, privacy, security, integrity, and long-term health of the Pulses community. Enforcement decisions are made after considering the severity of the violation, intent, context, user history, evidence, legal obligations, and the potential impact on other users and the platform.

• Enforcement actions may include content removal, reduced visibility, account warnings, feature restrictions, temporary suspensions, permanent account termination, removal of verification status, revocation of platform privileges, or any combination thereof.
• Particularly serious violations—including child exploitation, credible threats of violence, coordinated abuse, platform attacks, malware distribution, large-scale fraud, account compromise, or significant criminal activity—may result in immediate permanent enforcement without prior warning.
• Users may not evade enforcement by creating additional accounts, transferring ownership, using third parties, manipulating identity, or otherwise attempting to circumvent platform restrictions.
• Where legally permitted and technically appropriate, enforcement actions taken on Pulses may affect related services operated by the same platform ecosystem, including accounts associated with ai.makgamer.asia.
• We may preserve evidence, cooperate with law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or legal processes where required by applicable law or where necessary to protect users, our platform, or the public.
• Users who believe an enforcement action was made in error may submit an appeal through official support channels. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee modification or reversal of a moderation decision.
• False, abusive, fraudulent, or malicious reports intended to harass users, overload moderation systems, or manipulate enforcement may themselves result in enforcement action.

9. Our Commitment to the Community

Pulses is committed to maintaining a platform that prioritizes user safety, privacy, authenticity, accessibility, transparency, fairness, and long-term trust. Our moderation practices are designed to balance freedom of expression with the responsibility to protect individuals, communities, and the platform from abuse.

We continuously improve our policies, moderation systems, abuse detection technologies, AI safeguards, and security practices to address emerging technologies, evolving legal requirements, changing threat landscapes, and feedback from our community. These Community Guidelines may be updated periodically without prior notice, and the most recent published version supersedes previous versions.

Nothing in these Community Guidelines limits our ability to investigate suspected violations or take appropriate action to protect users, our services, our infrastructure, or the public. We reserve the right to remove content, limit distribution, restrict features, disable integrations, suspend or terminate accounts, recover damages where permitted by law, or take any other reasonable action necessary to preserve the safety, security, reliability, integrity, or intended use of Pulses.

Enforcement decisions are made using a combination of automated systems and human review where appropriate. While we strive for consistency and fairness, moderation decisions may vary depending on the specific context, available evidence, severity, user history, legal obligations, and potential risk to the community.

We encourage responsible participation by reporting harmful content, respecting differing viewpoints, protecting your account, verifying information before sharing it, and helping foster constructive, inclusive, and trustworthy discussions.

10. Final Provisions

These Community Guidelines supplement, and do not replace, the Pulses Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any additional platform policies that may apply to specific products, services, or features. Where a conflict exists, the applicable legal agreement or policy governs to the extent permitted by law.

If any provision of these Community Guidelines is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Failure by Pulses to enforce any provision of these Community Guidelines in a particular instance does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

By accessing or using Pulses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Community Guidelines, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.
