By accessing or using the Pulses microservice, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service as well as the core platform terms of ai.makgamer.asia. Pulses is an integrated social extension—your compliance with both sets of terms is required for continued access.

2. Code of Conduct

You are responsible for the pulses, replies, and media you distribute. Prohibited content includes harassment, illegal materials, and unauthorized commercial distribution. Our automated safety systems and human moderators reserve the right to remove non-compliant content and suspend associated platform IDs.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the original content you post on Pulses. By sharing content, you grant Pulses a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute said content within the ecosystem of M.A.K GAMER services.

4. Unified Account Model

Your Pulses identity is directly tethered to your primary platform account. Account termination or suspension on ai.makgamer.asia will result in the immediate revocation of access to your Pulses identity and social data.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep Pulses available 24/7. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the independent microservice at our discretion, without prior notice, as part of our ongoing commitment to platform evolution.
